The Southern Plains Land Trust is continually looking for volunteers to help us in our efforts in restoring the shortgrass prairie ecosystem. We can use a wide variety of talents in a variety of time commitments. From helping us with outreach at local events to cleaning up the old homestead on Fresh Tracks there is something for everyone. Below, two volunteers help catalog and photograph Fresh Tracks diverse plant life.

Here's what one volunteer said after his trip to Fresh Tracks:

"I simply couldn't believe the amount of wildlife that I was able to see in one weekend on the prairie. I just had no idea how much diversity existed down there. My weekend spent volunteering on Fresh Tracks opened my eyes to so many things I never knew before about this amazing ecosystem. I look forward to future trips to the plains." -C.K.
